A structural problem with the house caused a window leak. Mr. Perez sent his team to correct it and did it as part of the warranty. Other companies no-showed or doubled the price to go to Los Alamos, NM. Daniel Perez and his sister Cecelia answered the call immediately, texted me, gave me phone calls and emails, and even met me to get me sample colors. Daniel worked us into his busy summer schedule and completed the work on time. The stucco job was absolutely fabulous and turned out beautifully, at a very reasonable price that would be hard to beat by any stucco company in the surrounding area. The crew prepped the area meticulously, and then did a beautiful color coat of synthetic stucco over an original stucco job over a period of 2 days. This is a family run business, so the follow-up and quality of work is outstanding. The family takes care in hiring the best crews, who carefully masked off windows and doors, sidewalks, and did an incredible job of cleaning up and putting the rain gutters back together. I wholeheartedly recommend this stucco company to anyone living in Albuquerque or the surrounding area, and especially those living in Los Alamos, NM, as it is difficult to find this level of quality willing to work in Los Alamos. Wife and I contacted Perez plaster corp and they sent out Daniel.. really nice man that explained everything that they would do and went into detail ..
